Use of registers
The company's customer registers are in the secure company e-mail and in the Netvisor invoicing program.
Purpose of personal data processing
Koopari Oy's customer or employment relationship.
The purpose of processing customer relationship personal data is communication with customers, customer relationship maintenance and marketing. The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data contents of registers
The subscriber-customer's data to be stored are: the person's name and address information. The subscriber-customer's customer registers are deleted after one year after the end of the rental or by the subscriber's separate notification of the deletion of the register.
The information to be stored in the company's customer register includes the contact person's name, telephone, e-mail and address information, company name and Y-ID, website address, invoicing information, other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services. IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the functions of the service are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, e.g. to take care of data security and for the collection of statistical data of website visitors in those cases when they can be considered as personal data. If necessary, consent is requested separately for third-party cookies.
Regular sources of information
The information used for rentals is obtained from each customer from the subscriber-customer's own address sources for the duration of the rental.
The contact information of customers, companies and other organizations is collected in the invoicing program Netvisor.
Data transfers and data transfer outside the EU or EEA
Information is not disclosed to other parties. The information is also not published in any media, neither in print nor on the internet, only in targeted mailings sent by the subscriber-customer.
Principles of registry protection
Care is taken in the processing of the registers and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. Register data is not stored on Internet servers either. Koopari Oy ensures that stored data and access rights to servers or network disks and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those whose job description it is.
The right of inspection and the right to demand correction of information
Every person in the customer register has the right to check their information stored in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the customer register has the right to request the deletion of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to Koopari Oy's contact persons. Koopari Oy's contact person can, if necessary, ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
