Rental and cancellation conditions
Rental conditions
We comply with the following conditions when ordering, reserving and canceling the ordered services.
The terms are binding on both parties when the customer has made a reservation. The booker must have full legal capacity.
The renter must be at least 24 years old and the renter is responsible for the rest of the accompanying party.
We don't rent the place for PARTY or BACHELOR PARTY use!
Booking and payment
After making a reservation, the customer receives an invoice, directions to the accommodation, and contact information where the landlord can be contacted in all matters related to the rental. The rent is paid in two parts, if the rental is made 2 months before the start of the rental > reservation fee 1/5 of the total amount (14 day payment period) and the final payment 4/5, 1 month before the start of the rental. If the rental is made less than 2 months after the start of the rental, the reservation fee is paid immediately and the final amount 1 month before the start of the rental. Other reservations made less than 1 month in advance are paid immediately. The rental is only approved when the rent has been paid in full to Koopari oy's official account. The access code for the cottage's front door will be handed over one day before the start of the rental. The code is valid no earlier than 12:00, but no later than 2:00 p.m. on the start day, and the code expires on the day of departure no earlier than 2:00 p.m., but no later than 4:00 p.m.
Note! The reservation made through Nettimökki pages is paid according to the terms of Nettimökki!
Cancellation
If the booker/customer cancels at least 14 days before the start of the rental period, the rent paid will be returned in full. If the booker/customer
cancels at least 48 hours a day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the paid rent will be returned. No rent will be refunded for reservations canceled after this. Cancellation must always be done electronically by sending an email to kooparioy@gmail.com.
The owners right to cancel the reservation
If it is a force majeure or an obstacle beyond the owners control (e.g. fire or water damage), the owner can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent he paid back in full. If the payments related to the reservation are not paid on time, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation
